Once instructed your property is fully marketed in a variety of
ways (including the internet and local press) to create the maximum
exposure possible. Our clear, concise and coloured property details
will be positioned in our window and registered tenants will be
contacted. We arrange accompanied viewings and will only present
to you those tenants that can move in within the appropriate time
frames and that have passed the relevant referencing checks.

instructed to have, your property on the internet, contacted
all current relevant tenants and received viewing requests
from those who are genuinely interested. As part of our rent
collecting and management service full rent collection reports
are sent to you on a monthly basis.
